Description

Gin Clough Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage constructed from coursed, squared, buff sandstone rubble. It features a Kerridge stone-slate roof with a stone ridge and two stone chimneys. The end bays have fixed 16-pane windows below, with 2-light casements that include glazing bars above. The central bay is distinguished by a simple moulded wooden doorcase and a fixed 16-pane window above. At the rear, there is a 2-light square-sectioned stone mullion.
