Description
PARISH OF EDENSOR DUNSA LANE SK 27 SW 2/103 (South Side) 12.7.67 Dunsa Kennel Cottages and Attached Outbuildings (formerly listed as Cottage and Outbuildings attached to Dunsa Farmhouse) II Range of three cottages, now two, and attached farm buildings. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone and ashlar. Stone slate roof, stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Two ashlar ridge stacks and a gable stack. Two storeys. Angle quoins. East elevation of six bays. Ground floor from left to right. 2-light casement window set in a former doorway, a glazing bar sash in plain stone surround, doorway with quoins and lintel, plank door and overlight, glazing bar sash in plain stone surround, glazing bar sash set in a former doorway with quoins and lintel, and a glazing bar sash in plain stone surround. Six glazing bar sashes above in plain stone surrounds. Long range of former cart sheds to rear, now with all entrances filled in. Two storey return range with gable stacks and west elevation with two flat-arched keyed cart entrances and two doorways, one now a window. Four windows and a doorway above.
