Description
Chandlers is a farmhouse dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and punched stone quoins, topped by a stone slate roof. The building features stone gable end stacks and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers, along with a plain eaves band. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance is a flush, quoined doorcase topped with a bracketed stone hood, leading to a raised and fielded panelled door with a thin fanlight above. On either side of the door are glazing bar sashes set in flush quoined surrounds, with three similar windows located above on the upper floor.
