Description

Mill Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed gritstone with gritstone dressings. It features a stone slate roof and stone gable end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has an L-shaped plan with angle quoins. The east elevation consists of three bays, with a central doorway that has flush jambs and a lintel, leading to a 20th-century part-glazed door. To the right of the doorway is a 2-light square section flush mullion window with sashes, while to the left is a similar window that is missing its mullion. On the first floor, there is a central single light window with a flush surround, flanked on each side by 2-light square section flush mullion windows, both featuring sash windows.
