Description
Church Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features a coursed, dressed sandstone facade, with a mix of limestone and sandstone on the left return and rear, topped by a concrete tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range. Large quoins are present on the left side. The doorway, located to the right of centre, has an ashlar surround and a six-panel door, with the top two panels being glazed. There are projecting stone sills beneath 8/8 sash windows, which are also set in ashlar surrounds. The house has stone stacks at each end. The interior has not been inspected.
