Description
This stable and hayloft, located approximately 20 yards north-northwest of Coxen Green Farmhouse, likely dates from the 18th century and has undergone some later alterations. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a clay tile roof that features coped verges. It stands two storeys high and has three 20th-century top-opening windows on the ground floor. To the left of the centre, there is a sliding door, and a blocked door is positioned to the left. The loft has square openings or pitching holes, with the two openings on the left of centre and right of centre fitted with board doors.
