Description
Kidsty is a house located in Levisham, Newton Dale, dating from the late 18th century with some alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of squared sandstone and features a pantile roof with rendered stacks. The building is two stories high with a two-window front, and to the left, there is a single-storey, two-bay lower end. The lower end has a 20th-century board door with a fixed light beside it, and a 20th-century pivoting window to the left. On the right side, there are four-pane sash windows with stone sills and heavy tooled lintels above. The door also has a similar lintel. The house has coped gables and shaped kneelers, with stacks located at both ends and in the center on the left.
