The building has a 3-cell, hearth-passage plan and is two stories high with a three-window front. There is a half-glazed door located to the left of the center. The lower windows are square 6-pane sashes, while the upper windows are 2-light horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars. All openings are topped with heavy plain lintels.
