Description

Hardings is a house dating from the mid-18th century, constructed of dressed limestone with a pantile roof. It features a central stairhall plan and is one room deep. The building is two stories high with a symmetrical three-window front and raised quoins. The original central entrance has been replaced by a 20th-century window, with the current entrance located at the rear. The windows are pivoted and have glazing bars throughout, all set in raised surrounds with triple keystones. There is a flat string course at the first floor level, and the house has coped gables, kneelers, and end stacks.
