Description
This is a range of farm buildings located approximately 12.5 metres south-west of Red House Farm House, dating from the late 18th century. The buildings are constructed from squared sandstone and feature a pantile roof. The structure consists of a 1-storey, 4-bay range on the right side, adjacent to a lower 1-storey, 6-bay range. On the right end, there is a board stable door flanked by partly-slatted windows, all of which have hammered lintels. Further to the right, there is a 9-pane fixed light under a plain lintel. The lower range has stable doors with original ironwork. The buildings have coped gables and block kneelers. On the right return, stable doors with original ironwork are also present. Inside the stable, the stalls and fittings remain intact.
