Description

The bridge over Northdale Beck, located on the east side of Rosedale Abbey, was built in 1851, as indicated by the datestone. It is constructed from rusticated stone and features a single span with a semicircular arch made of voussoirs, which is positioned beneath a raised band. The bridge has a raked-up parapet with cambered coping that ends in rectangular piers. At the center of the arch, there is a datestone inscribed with "AD 1851."
