No. 30 West End is an early 19th-century house constructed of ashlar with a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and two bays, with a door located at the rear. The ground floor features 4-pane casement windows, while the first floor is fitted with 4-pane sash windows, all of which have stone sills. There are two ridge stacks on the roof.
