Description
This barn, located to the southwest of Lumley House, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed tooled sandstone and features a pantiled roof with stone copings and square kneelers. The barn is two storeys high and consists of four bays. It has two boarded doors, one of which is on the right and is set under a heavy wedge lintel with a false key. Above, there are three boarded pitching doors with shutter rebates, along with scattered slit vents.
