Description
This gazebo, built in 1891 by W R Lethaby, is located 10 meters east-south-east of Avon Tyrrell House. It features a square plan and is set on a high brick plinth with a brick and stone structure topped by a tiled roof. Access is provided by a flight of five stone steps. The front of the gazebo has three stone arches supported by stone piers. The central arch contains a round-headed door, while the arches on either side have plastered infill and two-light leaded casements. The roof is bellcast and hipped, complete with a finial. The gazebo is included for its group value with the nearby house.
