Description

This is a tombchest located southeast of the sanctuary of the Church of St Michael and All Angels in Lyndhurst. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of stone. The tombchest is rectangular and features rusticated lines on its sides. The lid has moulded edges and a raised top panel. The inscription on the tombchest is illegible. It is situated in the churchyard, on ground that slopes away from the church to the east.
