Description

The Estateyard and House on Beaulieu High Street is a mid-18th century building that has been altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of brick with blue headers and features an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high with an attic and has three bays. At the far end, there is a low two-story L-shaped wing and a crosswing facing the road, both from the 19th century.

The yard front of the original part includes two 3-light casement windows and a hip-roofed rectangular bay. In the center, there are blocked doorways. On the first floor, there are three 3-light casements and two 2-light gabled dormers. To the left at the far end of the L-shaped wing, there is a central panelled door with 4-pane sash windows on either side. The first floor features a 2-light leaded casement with heads in gabled dormers. The right crosswing has a blank end, except for decorative bargeboards. The road front displays 3-light casements, with the first-floor window set in a gabled dormer.
