Description
The garden terrace walls, steps, and attached summerhouse were built in 1912 by Sir Guy Dawber for H.C. Moffat. The walls are made of Flemish bond brick and feature vase-turned balusters. The brick steps have stone dressings. The summerhouse is located at the west end of the terrace and is constructed of Flemish bond brick as well. It has two stone round-arched openings at the front, complete with keystones and imposts, and one opening on the sides. The roof of the summerhouse is hipped and tiled.
