Description
Upper Barford Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse that has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick with blue headers, and the gables and rear wing are rendered. The building has a slate roof and stands two storeys high with three wide bays, plus a wing at one end. The front features an offset plinth and a central six-panel door set in a 20th-century pedimented doorcase, with two steps leading up to it. There is a 12-pane exposed-frame sash window beneath a segmental head, along with four similar 20-pane sashes. A raised band runs along the first floor, and there are stacks at the ends of the building.
