Description

Branthwaite Cottage is a house from the early 19th century, constructed of mixed coursed rubble and split cobbles, featuring V-jointed limestone quoins. The roof is made of graduated greenslate and has cement rendered chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. It includes a six-panel door and sash windows with glazing bars, all set within painted stone surrounds. The cottage has group value with Branthwaite Farmhouse.
