Description

No. 3 Penrith Road is an early 19th-century building located next to the County Hotel. It features scored stucco on its exterior and a slate roof with a central chimney. The building stands two stories tall and includes a panelled door, a segmental arched yard entry, and three sash windows on each floor. Four of these windows are 12-paned sashes, while the others have had their glazing bars removed. All windows are framed with stone architraves.
