Description

Borrowdale Head Bridge is a bridge over Borrow Beck, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed from stone rubble and features a segmental arch made of thin, roughly regular voussoirs. The bridge does not have a parapet, but it is equipped with iron railings on both sides. The roadway, which is now made of concrete, is approximately 2.5 meters wide.
