Description
Hill Farmhouse is a house dating from 1660. It is constructed of rough-cast stone with a slate roof and has two storeys in an L-plan layout. The east elevation features a pentice on the ground floor and small casement windows. The entrance has a sunk triangular head and a dated lintel. On the first floor, there is another casement window. The adjacent south elevation includes a three-light double-chamfered-mullioned window with a label mould above the entrance, and there is a gable-end stack. The north elevation has a blocked chamfered window and a later casement. The west elevation also has casement windows. Inside the north wing, there are chamfered beams and a corbelled fireplace.
