Description
Seatle East Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located in Staveley-in-Cartmel. It is constructed of roughcast stone and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are sashed, with vertical glazing bars and horns. The entrance is marked by a shallow gabled porch. There are gable-end stacks, and the left side of the building includes a single-storey gabled projection that has an entrance leading to the return of the gabled porch, along with an adjoining outshut under a catslide wing. The rear of the farmhouse has four bays and includes a stair window with small-paned fixed glazing and a pivoted upper part.
