Description

This building is a linhay, now used as a garage, located about 5 metres north of Dwarfs Cottage in Selworthy, Tiverton. It dates from the 17th to 18th century and is constructed of red sandstone random rubble with a thatched roof that has a half-hipped east end. The structure features three bays supported by circular stone piers and has a principal rafter roof. It is listed primarily for its group value with Dwarfs Cottage to the south.
