Description
The remains of a churchyard cross, dating from the 15th century, are located about 4 metres east of the south aisle of the Church of All Saints in Selworthy Village. This cross features a three-stage calvary with a moulded plinth and dripstones. It has an octagonal socket with deep broaches and sunk quatrefoil panels that display shields. The octagonal tapering shaft is broken at the top but is otherwise in fine condition. Its design is similar to the churchyard cross at Wootton Courtenay.
