Description

The granary at Castle Home Farmyard is an early 19th-century building made of brick, topped with a double Roman tiled, hipped roof. This small square structure has one and a half storeys and features steps leading up to the granary floor. Each elevation has two brick segmental arches that provide openings to the basement. The granary also includes a plain boarded door. It is considered a good example of a local agricultural building.
