Description
East Combeshead is a farmhouse and adjoining byre, dating from around the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed of rendered stone and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys and includes both casement and sash windows. To the left of the centre, there is a gabled porch with a round-arched doorway. A projecting stair bay is located in the angle to the right. At the lower end to the south-west, there is a byre with external stone stairs leading to the loft. The farmhouse has rendered chimneystacks at the higher north-east gable end and another at the ridge, positioned to the north-east of centre.
