Description

Holly House is a house from the mid-19th century located on St Lawrence Lane in Ashburton. It features a solid rendered front and a slated roof, with a rendered chimney at the rear. The building has two storeys and includes one triple-sashed window on each storey, with a doorway positioned to the left. The entrance has a four-panelled door, where the two lower panels are flush. Both the doorway and windows are flanked by pilasters, with the doorway adorned with an entablature and pediment. The ground storey window has an entablature that connects it to the window above. The house also features a top entablature and a parapet, with two-paned sashes in the windows.
