Description
This is a headstone dated 1762, located approximately 1 metre east of the Church of St Peter in Peter Tavy. It commemorates William Ballen and is made of slate. The headstone has a square shape with a raised semi-circular peak at the center, which features a carved face. Below this, there is an epitaph.
