Description

This is a house built in the early or mid-19th century. The front is solid and rendered, with a slate roof and rendered chimneys on each side wall. It is two storeys high, with two widely spaced windows on each floor. A recessed doorway with a six-panel door (arranged in two rows of three) is located between the ground-floor windows. The windows are six-paned sash windows with horns. A boxed eaves cornice runs along the roofline. On the left-hand end, the ground-floor front wall projects slightly onto the adjacent building at No. 50, suggesting that it may have once extended further.
