Description

This standing stone, dated 1747, is a roughly squared granite monolith that stands about 1 meter high. It is located approximately 12 meters south-west of the road from Halshanger Cross to Cold East Cross. The stone is incised with the initials "PW" and the date "1746," and it also features a benchmark.
