Description
Welstor House is a house from the early to mid 19th century. It has solid rendered walls and a hipped slated roof. The rendered chimneys have separate shafts, mostly paired, and are linked by a single moulded cap. The house appears to be double-fronted and double-depth, with the entrance located in the middle of the left side. It is two storeys high and three windows wide, with a three-window return to the left. The windows are barred sashes, and there are French windows in the centre of the ground storey, which are behind a trellised verandah. To the right, there is a later 19th-century canted bay window. Additionally, there is a greenhouse attached to the left side of the house. The eaves-cornice is deeply projecting.
