Description

This wayside cross, located approximately 40 metres west of the Vicarage in Shaugh Prior, is likely of medieval origin. It is a small granite monolith shaped like a Latin cross. The cross is in good condition overall, although one arm is slightly damaged. It is plain and lacks any carved decoration. The cross is set on a granite base stone that is built into a stone wall.
