Description

Woodside Farm is a detached farmhouse dating from the 18th century, with additions from the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of brick on a blue lias plinth, with a red tile roof and brick stacks. The main rectangular section has been extended with a 20th-century lean-to on the left and a flat-roofed extension to the rear right, which are not considered to be of special interest. The two-storey front facade has a three-window arrangement, with each window featuring three lights and transoms, and horizontal glazing bars within segmental-headed surrounds. A 18th-century flush panel front door, with the upper two panels glazed, is positioned off-centre to the right and has a triangular pediment above it. Sawtooth dentils are present at the eaves. A 20th-century triangular pediment with a circular light sits off-centre to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
