Description
The Charles Yeend monument is a pedestal tomb located in the churchyard of the Church of St Mary Magdalene, approximately 9 meters south of the south aisle. This 19th-century tomb is made of sandstone and features a flat standing design that was originally surrounded by a cast-iron railing. It has a moulded plinth and fielded inscription plaques on all four sides. The monument is topped with a moulded capping that includes a curved pyramidal upper stone with a finial.
