Description

Wee Cot is a narrow frontage row house located on the southeast side of New Street in Painswick. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed from limestone ashlar with a concrete tile roof. The building stands two and a half storeys high and has a single window width. It features a 12-pane sash window above a full-width elliptical opening with a key, which now contains a 20th-century door and window. At the back, there is a two-light stone mullioned casement window with leaded glass. Wee Cot is included in the register primarily for its group value, as it is situated immediately next to the Baptist Church.
