Description

This is a chest tomb dating from the mid-18th century, located about 11 meters east-north-east of the raised railed enclosure in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary. The tomb is made of limestone and features a flat top with moulded capping and a wide plinth. It has lyre ends with plain panels, and the sides are adorned with large recessed panels that have low relief narrow foliage strips on each side. The inscriptions on the tomb are no longer readable, and it was partially overgrown at the time of the survey in January 1985.
