Description

This is a house in a row, dating to the 17th century and rebuilt in the early 19th century. The exterior is rendered with incised lines simulating ashlar, and has a concrete block chimney. The roof is covered in stone slates. The house is two storeys high with an attic. The front of the building features a two-window arrangement. The ground-floor windows are 20th-century additions, consisting of bow windows recessed within the wall and a central glazed doorway with a shop fascia above. The upper floor has two 12-pane sash windows. A central, gabled attic dormer is also a 20th-century addition and contains a casement window. The interior was not inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
