Description

Nos 14 and 16 High Street are two houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed and squared limestone, featuring a rendered chimney and a stone slate roof. The buildings are two stories high with an attic. The front has a two-window arrangement, with 16-pane sash windows on the ground floor and smaller 16-pane sashes above. There are outer doorways that have stone lintels and six-panel fielded doors, each with rectangular lights above. The houses also feature two gabled dormers with 20th-century casements and a central chimney mounted on the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
