Description

Owls Nest, together with Little Crybb and No. 4, The Cottages, are a group of 17th-century cottages located on Foxmoor Lane, EEley. They are constructed of coursed rubble, with a pitched stone roof. The cottages are two storeys high. No. 4 has a gabled projection to the west. Each range of windows has casements with glazing bars; the ground-floor windows (and those of the first floor in No. 4) are hooded. Owls Nest, Little Crybb, and No. 4, along with Nos. 1 to 8 (consec) and Ivy Cottage, form a group, as does the shed opposite No. 6.
