Description

253 Westward Road is a 17th-century building, likely built at the same time as the adjacent houses, with fragments of these houses incorporated into its construction. The exterior is rendered. It has a stone gabled roof and two storeys with attics. The south front features a half gable abutting number 251 and a single mullioned window with a hoodmould. The west front has one mullioned window with a hoodmould on the ground floor, and two on each of the first floor and attic levels.
