Description

The Yews is a building from the 18th century located on Westward Road. It features a brick front that is part of an older structure and has a pitched stone roof. The building is two storeys high, with a gabled central bay that includes a blind semi-circular arch extending through both storeys. The ground floor has windows with keystones; one window consists of two ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, while the other has two casement windows with glazing bars, one of which is segment-headed. The Yews is part of a group that includes Nos 286 to 292 (even).
