Description

Holly Tree House is an 18th and 19th century brick house with a stone plinth, standing three storeys high. The front facade features three double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, each topped with a stone keystone and voussoir. A continuous stone sill runs along the first floor. The entrance is marked by a six-panelled door, above which is a fanlight, and accessed by rounded stone steps. The rear elevation includes an early 19th century doorcase and ground floor bay windows. The interior contains a staircase.
