Description
Hill View House is a detached house built around 1820. It is constructed of stucco with limestone ashlar chimneys and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two stories high and has a rectangular shape with return wings on the east side.
The front of the house features three windows, all of which are 12-pane sashes with moulded architraves. The ground floor windows have eared architraves and bracketed sills. There is a central doorway that has a 20th-century glazed door and a flat porch hood supported by posts. The facade includes a plain upper floor band and alternating chamfered quoins. The roof is hipped and has two chimneys with moulded caps.
On the south side, there are two windows, with 16-pane sashes on the upper floor that also have moulded architraves. The ground floor features small-paned glazed doors with plain architraves. The north side has segmental arched casement windows in the rear wing. The interior has not been inspected.
