EASTINGTON WESTEND (west side) Grove Farmhouse

II Farmhouse. Late C18. Brick, tile roof with stone coped verges and brick end stacks. Single range of two storeys and attic, with small rear wing to right and rear lean-to to left. Three windows, two-light wood casements and vents in form of mullion and transom with cambered heads. Central gabled dormer with C20 two-light. Three similar windows on ground floor in staggered pattern with central large C19 gabled porch with decorative barge board, two two-light to right and one three-light to left.
