Description

STAR HILL 1. 5227 Hill View (Nos 1 and 2) SO 8400 5/132 II GV 2. Circa 1700. Two and a half storey house in coursed rubble. Cotswold stone roof with 2 modern chimneys and 3 gabled dormers. Three ranges of 4 light casement windows with chamfered surrounds and drips, altered on ground floor to left; centre and right hand windows linked by common drip, they flank a chamfered doorway with half glazed door. Left hand bay appears to be an addition. Interior: chamfered beam with stop resembling folded ribbon.
