Description

Clivers Close is a house that dates back to the 17th century, with remodels in the 19th century and modernizations in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a Cotswold stone roof in a gabled Cotswold style. The house has one storey and an attic, with two large rubble chimneys. There are three wide attic gables, with the outer gables having moulded coping. The windows are modern 20th-century three-light mullion windows, with the right-hand window on the ground floor set in an angled bay. A central 20th-century Tudor-arch doorway connects with the mullion window to the right, which has a common drip, and there is a through-passage door to the right.
