Description
The building is a coach house dating from the late 19th century, located immediately northeast of Little Court on the south side of Bristol Road in Stonehouse. It is constructed of random rubble and ashlar limestone, featuring an ashlar chimney and a stone slate roof. This small coach house includes an attic and is attached to the northeast corner of Little Court. The gable ends to the north and south have parapets, each with a 2-light chamfered mullioned attic casement that has a hood. There are large coach doors at the south end, and two 2-light chamfered mullioned casements on the east side. A hipped roof covers the loft doorway, which has a plank door on the west side, accessed via 20th-century concrete steps. The interior has not been inspected.
