Description

Fairview House is a mid-19th century building designed in the Tudor style, featuring a symmetrical elevation. It stands two and a half storeys tall, constructed of rubble with a stone tile roof. The house has gable end chimneys that are topped with corbelled capping. There are two attic gabled dormers, each adorned with small finials. The façade includes three windows, which are arranged in groups of two and three lights, each with moulded heads and labels. The central entrance is a Tudor arch door that has a transom light above and arched upper panels.
