Description

Uplands is a mid-19th century house incorporating earlier structures. It is two storeys and has an attic. The house is constructed of Cotswold stone rubble, with a stone tile roof to the left, featuring two gabled dormers, and a slate mansard roof to the right, with one dormer. It has three windows on the first floor of the left part of the house, and two on the right. The windows are 2 and 3-light casements. The windows on the first floor of the left part have wooden lintels, while the others have segmental heads. A central door is present in each part of the house; the right-hand door has been replaced with a window, and the left-hand door is a 6-panel design.
